Mold Growth

Visible mold discovered under a kitchen sink at a water loss about a month ago. Exterior damage was discovered once cabinet was demoed. 2ft of drywall and all insulation needed to be discarded due to amount of soiled material.

When water damage it is not taken care of it lead to a bigger mess then you would ever expect.

We have 3 categories of loss that we determine for all water jobs.

Every water damage restoration project is different. The building (or structure) provides variables that may change with every project, such as the electrical system, type of building materials, or hazardous materials in the building. The water loss itself provides variables, such as the sanitation of the water, hazardous substances in the water, length of time the water has been in the structure, and presence of mold contamination. We take the time to identify and resolve safety hazards before proceeding with the project.

-Clean and Decontaminate Salvageable Materials

-Dispose of Waste

-Decontaminate Equipment and Workers

-Remediation Verification
