Water damage Caused by Air Conditioner

This home in South Albuquerque had a significant water loss this past winter caused by a broken pipe.  It appears the low temperature in the house caused the pipe to freeze and burst.  Water flooded the home and was not discovered for some length of time.  

We had to remove a considerable amount of drywall and carpet in order to properly dry out the structure.  The standard flood cut is 2 feet of drywall.  The process took five days.
